Linear Reject System

Magneto-mechanical linear reject system that securely rejects bottles, cans and carton packaging standing upright. Recommended for lines with a high sorting performance, where many containers must be diverted smoothly at high speeds to another conveyor.
Reject process: About 100 slide segments are moved when a container should be rejected. The container is diverted with a sliding movement to a parallel conveyor by one or more slides.
Due to the improvement of important constructional features the level of reliability has significantly increased in comparison to traditional linear reject systems.
