  • optional: imprints; ACL: Sorting by comparison with a reference container

Additional detection module for the detection of a directly printed date (ink or Laser) on a transparent or opaque PET bottle or on hte closure.
The date is printed directly on the bottle shoulder, on the upper part of the bottle body, or on side of the closure. The height of the liquid level is not relevant here.

By scanning the respective barcode / QR code via the hand scanner, an automatic grade / equipment changeover takes place on the 360° inspection system miho Allround.

Additional option for automatic sampling. At the beginning, at the end and in freely selectable, regular intervals during production, an adjustable number of reserve samples can be automatically rejected.

Additionally, samples of an adjustable number can be requested manually at any time.

Software package for the production data acquisition software miho AWeS. All production data, counters and test bottle protocol are logged according to the Weihenstephan standard. For all miho systems based on the miho VIDIOS® or miho MASTER® platform.
