The empty crate inspection miho Gauss 2E inspects a wide range of bottle crates to see whether all the bottles have been unpacked. The inspection unit is usually installed before the packer.

What is inspected:

  • Remaining bottles
  • Other foreign objects which prevent the crate from being packed

No mechanical adjustment of the machine is necessary when the crate format changes. The inspection results, parameter values, and user logins are logged. An optional interface enables remote maintenance access and data transfer via Ethernet.
