Camera lighting unit in free-flow for checking container features located at the top or in the finish side area.

  • Control of container features, such as BBD, LOT no., on the shoulder of glass containers and tightness for swing-top bottles

    existing lines

It is not necessary to align the containers.

The inspection is carried out using a colour camera and an application-specific high-performance UV LED lighting system.

The containers can be checked for the following criteria, among others:

  • Inspection of features on the side of the closure and the mouth area
  • Leakage check for swing-top bottles
