Simple control of the presence of the label directly in the labeller: Via light sensor, requires little space for installation and can be retrofitted to almost any labeller.

Label Inspection Unit miho EC 2 to detect the presence of labels directly in the labelling machine, on the aligned bottle. Touch user interface in stainless steel housing, for the evaluation of up to 12 reflected light sensors (accessories).
For wet-glue labels, self-adhesive labels, sleeves and foils. Only for Wrap-around labels with sufficient contrast to the filled product, no No-Label-Look.
Not to be used in free flow.
Comprehensive statistics for individual types of faults are available. A series fault detection is implemented. Connection to an external production data acquisition system is possible.

The label sensors (reflected light sensors) must be mounted within the visual range of the labels. The point of installation and the number of label sensors is dependent upon the structural situation in the labelling machine itself, as well as the bottle shape and label position, and colour (condition).
