Label control

Label present and without errors?
Integrated unit consisting of lighting and camera, evaluation device and software. The camera requires little installation space and can be retrofitted to almost any labeller. Suitable for many container shapes, including canisters or similar containers that deviate from the basic cylindrical shape.

Mirror system with an extended field of vision for inspecting the entire container body in one image, up to 300 mm vertical inspection area and up to 80° in circumference (with circular containers).

Labels can be checked for the following criteria:

  • presence
  • correct position
  • Presence of the expiry date
  • Easy teach-in of new product variant by the operator

A prerequisite for use in free flow is that the labels are aligned with the camera module or that they are wrap-around labels.
