A must in every refillable bottle line: health-endangering cleaning residues such as caustic, left in the bottle after washing are reliably detected.
Requires little space and can be easily retrofitted. Ideal as a supplement behind the empty bottle inspector or alone as an entry-level device in the small filling line.
Very accurate inspection of the bottle for caustic residual liquids after the washing machine and before the filler. Wetting through caustic solution will already be detected as a fault. Water residues are strictly distinguished from caustic residues. The system is operated via the LC 2 Basic system (Evaluation unit).
Upon detecting a bottle that is wetted with caustic solution, a floating signal is emitted, which, for example, activates the bottle stopper or a line shutdown.
Accessories & modifications
The bottle base is inspected by an additional sensor for any metal residues in the bottle, such as for example, crown corks. The bottle is thereby forced out through a plastic curve, in which the sensor system is housed (below the bottle), to prevent any interference by the conveyor belt.
The bottle neck is inspected by an additional sensor for any metal residues in the bottle neck, such as for example, crown corks.
Very accurate inspection of the filled bottle for lost filling tubes by means of inductive sensor measurement technology.
When a bottle with a filling tube is detected, a floating signal is emitted, which, for example, activates the bottle stopper or a line shutdown through the base unit. In addition, the operator is informed by an optical or acoustic signal (base unit).
Automatic request of specially prepared and marked test bottles to check that the residual liquid detection and the optional metal detection at the bottle base and neck is functioning properly.
The test cycle of the test bottle request takes place according to a particular time and can be set as required. Documentation of the test results in conjunction with miho AWeS.
