miho sets the course for the future

miho Inspektionssysteme GmbH was founded in 1977 as a start-up by Michael Horst. The development of a, then innovative, residual caustic inspection system was the beginning, leading to miho growing into a global player in the inspection for the beverage industry during the past four decades.

What began as a small but ambitious medium-sized company has now established itself as an indispensable player on the international market.

Michael Horst, who still runs the company today with his unerring instinct for quality and innovation, is now setting the course for a secure future and the continued existence of the company.

In 2024, Dr.-Ing. Markus Grumann became a co-partner at miho as part of the active succession plan. Markus Grumann has been Managing Director for 11 years and has previously focused on sales, project planning, service and marketing. With this change, the generational change that was initiated a few years ago is being taken one step further.
