Control device based on X-ray technology for detecting foreign metal objects in the beverage container.
For use after the filler and capper, also for opaque bottles or metal cans.

Second inspection head, using x-ray technologie to check for metal foreign bodies like filling tubes in filled and closed beverage cans (aluminium or steel cans) or bottles. Including hand wheel height adjustment, additional software and hardware to be included in the electronic cabinet of a Newton X2P.

Accessories & modifications

Automatic request of the specially prepared and marked test bottles to check the flawless operation of the inspection machine. The test bottles are marked with reflection foil (One sheet of reflection foil 230mm x 100mm is included. The test cycle of the test bottle request is based on time and freely adjustable. Free selectable signal output for the test bottle request. Logging of the last test bottle run in the inspection system and, as an option, in the production data acquisition software miho Awes, incl timestamp (not included).

Software package for the production data acquisition software miho AWeS. All production data, counters and test bottle protocol are logged according to the Weihenstephan standard. For all miho systems based on the miho VIDIOS® or miho MASTER® platform.

Software package for the remote visualization of the operating condition, the parameter and the camera images on an authorized computer. Monitoring of e.g. counters and malfunctions. Monitoring and remote control of the inspection machine by a miho service engineer, re-entry and optimization of the inspection parameters, exact and fast analysis of errors.
